Manage your subscription

Check your receipt or account to identify the purchase provider. Use that provider’s subscription settings to review renewal, cancellation and access details.

When cancellation takes effect at the end of a billing period, access continues through the paid-through expiry shown by your purchase provider. Confirm the effective date and applicable terms with that provider.

Get help with cancellation

Contact support@globalvega.app if you need help identifying the correct provider. A message to support does not itself confirm that a subscription has been cancelled.
